Brunch Bramble 1. BRUNCH BRAMBLE
1 1/2 oz gin
3/4 oz creme de mûre blackberry liqueur
1 1/2 tablespoons apricot rosemary jam from The Jam Lab (or other stone fruit jam)
1 tablespoon plain greek yogurt
1/2 oz lemon juice
blackberries + lemon slice, garnish
2. PRICKLY PEAR MARGARITA

Margarita:
2 medium prickly pears
2/3 cup freshly squeezed lime juice (about 4medium limes)
8 tablespoons agave
6 ounces of silver tequila
1 1/2 cup ice cubes
1 bottle sparkling water (16 ounces)
Glass Sugar Rim & Garnish:
1/5 cup sugar
1 tablespoon fresh lime zest (1 medium lime)
pinch of cayenne

Additional limes for garnish
3. TEQUILA MOJITO

leaves big handful of fresh mint
1 1/2 limes quartered
30 ml simple syrup 1 oz
60 ml Patron Anejo or other Reposado or Anejo Tequila 2 oz
2 cups ice cubes
soda water
sprigs of mint for garnish
4. BLACKBERRY COCKTAIL

16 Ounces frozen or fresh blackberries
Crushed ice
7-Up Soda
Malibu Coconut Rum
Rosemary for garnish
5. HONEY BOURBON

2 oz. high quality bourbon Elijah Craig or Woodford Reserve
1/2 oz. Cointreau or a good quality Triple Sec
1 spoon orange blossom honey
3 dashes orange bitters
